Shipping & Delivery
At this time, BW Parts ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, BW Parts ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but only to other international locations on a case by case basis, so please contact us first. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Replacements
We work extremely hard to ensure your items are pristine. However, sometimes accidents happen. If you receive a damaged or defective item, simply contact us. We will work with you directly to make the situation right, without any additional costs to you. If you would like to return an item for other reasons, you may do so for up to 60 days from the day of receipt. In such cases there is also a 10% restocking fee.
Ordering
Ordering online is safe and simple. Our checkout process is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL certificate. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping addresses are processed securely without any compromising factors. If you are not comfortable ordering online you may order directly during regular business hours by calling us at 602-850-7399. Adding items to your shopping cart will allow you quick access to all their part numbers.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment via major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal. Customers are welcome to sign up for our mailing list to receive information about future promotions. Your mailing list preferences can be managed through your account (access your account from the My Account link found at the top of every page on the site). Pricing & promotions are subject to change at any time.
Viewing Orders
To view your past orders simply log in and check your Account Dashboard. Recent order will be shown at the top of the page, but you can access your full order history by clicking the view all link to the right of recent orders.
Updating Account Information
To update your contact information you must first log in. Click My Account on the menu bar to access your Account Dashboard. From there you are able to edit your contact information and manage your shipping and billing addresses.
