You can have your Machine Code and Serial Number laser-etched on your faceplate for an additional $40 and 3 additional business days. Just enter the Machine Code and Serial Number in the box below. Please indicate the Machine Code and Serial Number with "C:" and "SN:" - for example: "C:12345  SN:12345678901" (up to 5 and 11 characters respectively).

DOUBLE CHECK the Machine Code and Serial Number are correct as there are no refunds for errors. Please note that it takes up to 3 additional business days delivery time for the laser etching.

NOTE: When installing Faceplate / Nameplate do not overtighten screws. Screws should be hand tight.
