Stagger the brushes by connecting the T344 brushes to the Negative Poles and the T2687 brushes to the Positive Poles. The T344 brushes are the larger (longer & thicker) of the two brushes. The T344 brushes are 5/8" Thick x 1-1/2" Wide x 1-3/4" Long. The T2687 brushes are 1/2" Thick x 1-1/2" Wide and 1-1/2" Long.  NOT AN OEM PART.
