At this time, BW Parts ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. However, free shipping only applies to the contiguous United States. Additionally, BW Parts ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but only to other international locations on a case by case basis, so please contact us first. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered by the shipping carrier. Additionally, while you can order from our website 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, orders will only ship when our business is open. We are open Monday through Friday, but are occasionally closed on a holiday as well. Feel free to contact us to find out if we will be open for an upcoming holiday.

Returns & Replacements
We work extremely hard to ensure your items are pristine. However, sometimes accidents happen. If you receive a damaged or defective item, simply contact us. We will work with you directly to make the situation right, without any additional costs to you. If you would like to return an item for other reasons, you may do so for up to 60 days from the day of receipt. In such cases there is also a 10% restocking fee on unopened returns. Opened, used, or installed products will have to be tested and recertified and may be subject to a return charge of up to 50% of the purchase price.

Ordering online is safe and simple. Our checkout process is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL certificate. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping addresses are processed securely without any compromising factors. Adding items to your shopping cart will allow you quick access to all their part numbers.

Viewing Orders
To view your past orders simply log in and check your Account Dashboard. Recent order will be shown at the top of the page, but you can access your full order history by clicking the view all link to the right of recent orders.
