This is a Lincoln SAE-300 MP Faceplate - Mirrored Gloss Silver Photometal.

Unlike traditional screen-printed plates, this nameplate is produced using the Photo Metal process, where the image is permanently infused into the aluminum surface. The result is a finish that’s UV-stable, water-resistant, and scratch-resistant — it looks just like the original but is built to last for decades. The gloss Photometal option enhances depth and vibrancy with a polished, high-shine surface that intensifies color and detail. Lasts up to 30 years in direct sunlight.
