This is a Lincoln SAE-300 MP Faceplate - Matte Black Photometal.

Unlike traditional screen-printed plates, this nameplate is produced using the Photo Metal process, where the image is permanently infused into the aluminum surface. The result is a finish that’s UV-stable, water-resistant, and scratch-resistant — it looks just like the original but is built to last for decades. The matte Photometal option delivers a smooth, non-reflective surface that eliminates glare and provides a subtle, understated look. Lasts up to 30 years in direct sunlight.
