Aluminum Gas Tank / Fuel Tank for Red Face and Black Face Welders

This is a universal GAS fuel tank for Red Face and Black Face welders. This tank will connect directly to existing fuel line connections. Some cutting required by purchaser to place and cut the tank top for the filler neck on your welder. See the instruction sheet for more details. The tank can be moved forward and backward to place your tank in the desired location (approximately 4 inches of maneuverability). 
The tank gas capacity is approximately 16 gallons, 15 useable (leaving 1 gallon empty for gasoline expansion). OEM tank capacity was approximately 12.5 gallons. These tanks are pressure tested by the tank builder. This gas tank kit comes with Tank, Neck, Neck Seal, Fuel Cap, and hardware for mounting. The tank is made from 1/8" Aluminum. The mounting brackets are 10GA steel. The Neck mounting bolts, nuts, and washers are stainless steel. The neck itself is black powder coated steel. 

Installation instructions are included. A 4" hole saw and a 5/16" drill bit are needed to mount the filler neck onto the top of the tank after positioned. A fuel resistant thread sealant is necessary to connect the fuel line to the tank.
